Our Team

Odette Perriel, MS is an Executive Health Care Leader
Ms. Perriel’s career bridges hospitality and healthcare leadership. She spent over a decade in leadership roles at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company before transitioning to healthcare, where she has served in leadership positions at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Hackensack University Medical Center, and Maine Medical Center as Vice President of Support Services. This unique background enables her to apply world-class service principles to healthcare operations and culture. As a certified Executive Coach, Ms. Perriel brings expertise in leadership development and organizational transformation to her work with healthcare professionals and teams.

Elisabeth Wilson, MD, MPH, MS-HPEd is an Executive Physician Leader
Dr. Wilson’s career has focused on advancing the academic mission of Family Medicine, improving access to high quality Primary Care, and partnering with health care professionals and community leaders to achieve shared goals. Her work reflects a commitment to building innovative health care systems, developing the next generation of healthcare leaders, and achieving health equity. She has served as Department Chair at Dartmouth Health and Maine Medical Center, directed a Faculty Development Fellowship at UCSF, and launched a longitudinal track for medical students dedicated to serving urban underserved populations. As a certified Executive Coach, Dr. Wilson brings leadership development expertise to her work with healthcare professionals and organizations.
