Camille Clarke, MSN, RN is a dedicated perinatal educator with over a decade of experience in women’s health. Her clinical and educational work centers on empowering patients and healthcare professionals through compassionate, evidence-based care. Camille recently earned her Master of Science in Nursing Education, where she explored the intersection of play and professional well-being, research that informs her innovative approach to fostering healthy work-life balance in clinical settings.

Melanie McMillan Jorgenson, MN-AL, RN, LSSGB is a nurse leader with over Three decades of experience spanning cardiovascular services, patient blood management, nursing education, and clinical leadership. She currently serves as Manager of Cardiovascular Services at Providence Swedish Cherry Hill. She has also served as faculty and mentor, teaching nursing students and guiding fellows, with a focus on building collaboration and professional growth. Melanie recently completed her Master of Nursing in Administrative Leadership at the University of Washington Bothell.

Merilee Perkins serves as the Program Manager for Academics and Executive Assistant to the Chair in the Department of Community and Family Medicine at Dartmouth Health. In this role, she helps design, coordinate, and implement professional development programs for faculty, staff, residents, and medical students at Dartmouth Health and the Geisel School of Medicine. Ms. Perkins is also the owner of Perkins Pro-Partners, a consulting business specializing in academic portfolio development and professional biosketch services.

Elizabeth Sue Rose, EdD, MPH is a healthcare executive and leadership strategist working at the intersection of education, culture, and organizational performance.
She serves as Associate Director in the Vaccines Division at Merck, partnering with health systems and public health leaders to advance strategy, clinician engagement, and population health outcomes. Previously, she led enterprise-wide faculty development and continuing interprofessional education at MaineHealth and served as Chief Operating Officer of a medical education startup.
Dr. Rose holds a Doctor of Education in Medical Education and an MPH in Occupational Health. Her work focuses on leadership development, organizational alignment, and translating strategy into sustainable performance.

Amanda Weidner, MPH is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Washington where she works with the WWAMI Family Medicine Residency Network. As a researcher, her foci include the experience of burnout and resilience, increasing quality and sustainability of graduate medical education programs, and infrastructure and leadership in academic family medicine. Ms. Weidner also serves as the Executive Director of the Association of Departments of Family Medicine, the organization for academic departments of family medicine across the country.
