My approach to executive coaching is rooted in the belief that every leader carries within them the strengths and wisdom needed to achieve their goals.  My role is simply to help you discover and harness those capabilities. Drawing on my training at Rutgers, I bring a patient, curious mindset to every coaching relationship, remaining unwaveringly in service of my clients as they navigate challenges, define their vision, and grow into their fullest potential. My philosophy is fundamentally collaborative: I work with you, not on you, building a partnership grounded in trust, active listening, and genuine curiosity about what matters most to you. Rather than prescribing solutions, I ask the questions that unlock new perspectives, helping leaders move from where they are to where they want to be with clarity, confidence and purpose.
